The reporting is good - there has been contact between NCAA enforcement staff and UM reps about the Weiss case and the same folks who flagged for us delivery of both the draft and formal NOA say that a new NOI for the Weiss matter is "imminent." The dashboard won't be updated to reflect this...

NOI is the "Notice of Inquiry" - formal notice from the NCAA that they are beginning an investigation. NOA = "Notice of Allegations," a final investigative report and charginf document. Fortunately, we have the chance to get to know both in the coming weeks.
