TSC apparently wasn't growing and improving with his reads. That is the kiss of death with Ryan Day. Fahey in short order worked his ass off, is quick with picking up OSU's playbook and his reads impressed the staff. During Ball State it was easy to see the difference.

I think Patricia is trying to find the right mix. More aggression can lead to huge gashes and explosive plays. The issue is Patricia in trying to stop explosive plays, he has kind of put OSU into a prevent type of defense towards the end of games. I think the continued tweaks are making this...

The statistics from yesterday looked almost as bad as the championship game. Seireveld was out, but..... If Day can keep the recruits he has in the bank, he may decide to make a change. For a program like OSU, the offensive line should be playing better. Not sure if it's talent or lack of...

The defense keeps improving, even with the inconsistent play and injuries. Somehow as a unit, they are getting better. Incredible job by Patricia.
