It sounds like forfeiting/vacating wins and stripping away championships wasn't even discussed by the COI, but very appropriate penalties like that wouldn't have any affect on the current "student-athletes"! We need to get back the wins from 2010 and just claim a National Championship for 2012!

Very sad. He was way too young! Jim was the starting QB during my first two years at Ohio State and spent a lot of time at the Sigma Chi house across the street from the apartment house I lived in. Threw to legendary receiver Cris Carter. Really good person from all accounts. RIP.

James Franklin is in Medina tonight to catch Drew Allar's last home game. For some reason Franklin had to fly in via helicopter, causing the high school to close off a bunch of parking in order to accommodate. Hopkins Airport is probably a 25 minute drive to Medina. Maybe it's just standard...
