  1. WR Brandon Inniss, Captain (All B1G, National Champion)

Those youngsters better come hard, Innis is a team captain and has shown extreme effort in the blocking department. May the best man win, but i just dont see Innis losing his starting spot. Sayins gonna hit the check downs a lot this year. I have faith.
  2. WR Brandon Inniss, Captain (All B1G, National Champion)

I think Innis will have a huge year. Last year being Sayin’s first year as a starter he missed a wide open Innis several times a game. If Sayin learns how to go through his progression this year Innis will have 80 catches
  3. LB Arvell Reese (All B1G, B1G LB of Year, All American, National Champion)

Its devastating. When you look at the roster, this might be the most talented team to not win the championship since the Buckeyes beat the 2002 Miami juggernaut. Downs top 5 Reese top 5 Smith if he could come out. Top 5 Tate 1st rd Etc, etc, etc.
  4. 2026 tOSU Offense Discussion

Yep. Really frustrated that he didn't grab Chip Kelly again. Lock him up with a multi year deal. I really hope he gets an established pro. We don't need Day thinking he can do it all again.
  5. 2026 tOSU Offense Discussion

Just breaks my heart that we missed a 29yd field goal to tie it against Indiana late in the 4th. Just another wasted year. Not trying to take anything away from the historic year Indiana had. Congrats to them.

Training wheels cost us a NC imo. I liked the training wheels for the first 4 weeks. After that you needed to put more on him. He just looked so unprepared the last 2 games
  7. 2026 tOSU Offense Discussion

Offense should be better. Really going to come down to coaching. Day needs another homerun hire. You can have all the talent in the world, and still only average 12points over 2 games if your coaching is in shambles. Ask me how I know...
  8. 2026 tOSU Offense Discussion

The biggest issue is, both Sayin and Stroud are capable of running. They just choose not to. Sayin is plenty athletic, yes he is a little light, but he can move well enough to move the chains when it is wide open to do so. Its a coaching issue, and I hope Day realizes you can't coach the qb...
  9. 2026 tOSU Offense Discussion

They could have shifted the line more, and maybe given Sayin another blocker in the backfield, but I rewatched a lot of the the game, and Sayin just flat out wouldn't throw the ball. Missed guys wide open. Like untouched for multiple TDs wide open. Its really hard to call offense and move the...
  10. WR Brandon Inniss, Captain (All B1G, National Champion)

Be interesting to see if he can be a dominant #2. He is great as the 3rd option and was open all the time. The young qb just wasn't seeing the field well enough for him to have a huge year. Great blocker too.
  11. HC Ryan Day (B1G Coach of Year, B1G Champion, National Champion)

I agree, the last 2 games were just a young QB, being a young QB. Only option he had was to try the backup, but that would have completely shattered Sayins confidence going forward. Hopefully Sayin learns alot from the last 2 games and lights it up next year
  12. 2025 Cotton Bowl: #2 tOSU vs #10 Miami-FL, Wed 12/31 7:30 ET at JerryWorld

Let's face it. Trying to go back to back is hard. When hartline abruptly announced he was leaving, the team imploded.
  13. 2025 Cotton Bowl: #2 tOSU vs #10 Miami-FL, Wed 12/31 7:30 ET at JerryWorld

Ya but he should be more like a sophomore at this point. He regressed the last 4 weeks of the year imo, and Fields Stroud and now Sayin were never taught how to throw the ball away.
