    Making more pollo en chile colorado. Shit is good, goes great on a torta like I posted or as tacos. It's a 3-4 simmer but it's so good.

    Same here, I wasn't a hufe fan but I had much respect for the band and especially Phil, Bob and Jerry. I owned all of their 70's albums.
