Cold and windy…. Fucking sick of it

We bought a single floor condo for my mom and I needed to replace one of the toilets. When I pulled up the LVP, the concrete underneath where the ring was, was not flat and the ring was shimmed. YGBFKM

Hopefully the bolt ring is good and there’s no board rot.
