Right, but that happens. He specifically called out Gabe, Ian, Mylan and Jelani post game by name as those who have earned playing time. If no one sets the world on fire ahead of him, he'll have a chance.
All things considered, a pretty solid game.
Liking what we've seen out of West at RB. Was a bummer to see Bo's big TD run get called back. The young guys are showing spunk in the run game.
Tegra still sticking out like a sore thumb....maybe it was a check down to Peoples that he didn't get a...
I had to Google that since it's been awhile...looks like 2019? It is still odd seeing them there, no doubt. They'd certainly compete for a D1 title.
Defense is a major liability for Wayne....it'll stop them from being a serious threat, but they may be able to get another week in as the Troy...
D1
A couple of 6/3 upsets, but is this the year Olentangy gets their first state title? Certainly one of the favorites.
Can St. X fair better in their rematch with Moeller? Got handled earlier this year pretty easily, 30-13.
D2
Harrison with a 7/2 upset over Kings Mills
Not sure how it'll...
OHSAA is updated and should give you everything you need to follow along this weekend
I believe all games will be on 10/31 at 7PM, not ideal and will hurt attendance but it is what it is. I would have liked to seen Saturday games but I know the extra day of prep and planning is big for all...
Another new year, and a bit of a different year with the top 4 seeds in each region receiving a bye in the opening round.

I hear you, but it's still not that easy as it takes two to tango and you're also gambling on how a team is going to do. Athens looks like they played their 6 conference foes and then...
* Warren D3
* Logan D2
* Marietta D3
* Paint Valley D6
So 3 of their 4 OOC were their largest division...
I know most of us are aware and use this, but for anyone interested the below is an awesome site to use for Ohio High School scores/playoff seedings

I'm not sure where they could go - they're in the Tri-Valley conference which covers most of the region it appears. It's split into two divisions and they're in the 'big school' side and are the only D3 school. There is one D4 and the rest are D5. When the SEOAL disbanded I don't think they had...
I agree it should go from 12 to 8 per region, BUT - this is still a rare example of going in the right direction as they cut games and will lose money due to that. The debacle that was teams deciding not to play Marion Local I'm sure was what spurred this, but either way I am glad it happened...
Going to be a very exciting playoffs year....lots of traditional powers are having down years, some by any standards and some by their standards. Teams like Hoban and Marion Local looking more beatable than they have previously. Some format changes (48 per division get in as opposed to 64)...
Apparently Jose Ramirez wanted him in the clubhouse, so I don't mind keeping that man happy.
I think the Naylor trade was the right one....one year of Naylor versus 6 for Cecconi. We weren't going to pay him, so we were going to lose him, and not even get the high comp pick in return.
Let's see who is closest to the MLB announcement date....I'll go with Black Friday...after the World Series, before the winter meetings, Friday afternoon news dump on a holiday weekend? Makes too much sense!
And in other news....Hedges back for $4M. I mean, if Fry can catch some next year, it...
