While the 2024 Buckeyes will already have two games in the books at this point, this date will mark the 50th anniversary of the FIRST game of Archie Griffin's first Heisman Trophy season (a 34-19 victory at Minnesota). You might want to sit down for this next bit of news... All these years later he is still the only person to ever win two of them. Shocking, I know, but true nonetheless.

Archie had 26 carries for 133 yards in that game.
