One CB to TTUN. Man, it'd feel good to swoop in and flip that. I don't know how likely it is, but it'd feel good.
I think the 1 CB speaks loudly. His recruitment is up in the air and wide open. Btw, that CB was put in a week before the Marshall commitment, so not even sure if Roach is still confident in that CB now. OSU can show that by the time Tatum hits college, he'd be competing with Peoples, SWD and Hayden(the presumed starter) for carries.
Though I see lower rated RBs who are more 1 dimensional like: Dejuan Williams, Jordan Lyle as more realistic targets for RB2

I'm not so tied in on the RB position for this class as a precursor. But is there room at the inn on Tatum? Peoples is in and he was my #1 on the board by quite a bit, so anything else is gravy. Then SWD commits, who I understand could play WR (italics intended because I think he is a RB and would bring nothing to the WR room with how we have recruited that position).

I think Peoples is pretty firm but I worry that adding another high profile RB could make Peoples waver. Maybe that is an unfounded fear, but can you see Peoples and Tatum both signing up in the same class? It wouldn't be unheard of (on the shortlist Henderson and Pryor happened) but having potentially three RBs in the same class would seem unlikely.

Looks like it's a little less wide open today.

Yes
That position will have a Bunch of openings by the time he hits campus. And from what we’ve seen with RB depth, we need as much talent at every position.

11W Forums....

There are rumors that #1 RB Taylor Tatum might not play a down of CFB.

Tatum’s baseball career has exploded, he’s probably going to get drafted in the first seven rounds of next year’s MLB draft. Killer center fielder.

Kyler Murray is the last guy who faced this kind of dilemma. He picked football, but Murray also plays a higher paying and less physical position.

Tatum is going to have a very interesting decision to make.
