Tonight (Wednesday) might be a very important night

Buckaholic

Resident NUT job
for OSU basketball. Malik's commitment/signature? is a good possibility to become a reality tonight. If it does happen, it will do several things for this program.

- Create some much needed excitment
- Give Obie a real leader and possible strong scorer for next season
- Put Ohio State back on the basketball map and possibly help with further recruits
- Fill a very weak wing position
- Bridge a gap to the sophomore and freshmen classes in Ohio that we feel are extremely talented
- I believe will get Ohio State not only back in the NCAA's, but up towards the top of the Big Ten.

Cross your fingers, this is important. It won't be detrimental if we don't get him, we still are looking a lot better for the future, but this certainly would get us where we want to be, sooner.

Kyle, the wording in your past few posts has reflected an increased optimism...either you know something rock solid or you are that confident in your ability to read into Malik's comments. Either way, you are getting my hopes up even though I swore it would never happen again after Davis and Jarrett. Keep us posted bro
