Ok hate me if you want too, but I live in MI (yes i know it sucks) but I was born an Ohio State fan. My dad and uncle both graduated from OSU so it runs in the family definitely. I deal with the shit up here and support OSU no doubt. I'm coming down to the game to tailgate with a bunch of my friends that are :osu: fans. I plan on getting there at 8am would this leave me enough time to setup a spot? I plan on having a grill, hookahs, and TV.

Thanks, I'll call tOSU facilities and double check.

I was told by a friend not to arrive via rt315 because traffic will be directed to whatever lots they decide and you won't have too many choices. Any truth to this? What lot should I try for arriving around 6:30? I'm guessing the Fawcett center is out of the question by that time?

Most lots open at 5am. If you are hoping to actually park, be there by 7:30 and no later.

Not sure about the Fawcett Center. Traffic on 315 will be stoopid crazy by 8am. But is still the best way to get to campus from outlying areas.

Usually they clear out all the lots at 3 AM Saturday morning, then open them back up around 6 AM to prevent overnight parking. The RV lot is different, and I don't know if anything else has changed for this weekend (probably not)...

Nothing has changed. In fact, with a Basketball game being played tonight, the South RV lot is beign cleansed as we speak of RVs. I wen by at 8am this morning, and 20 RV's were in my lot already setting up tents and spreading out.

Apparently the huge fucking sign that says "NO PARKING BEFORE 5AM GAMEDAY SATURDAY" is confusing people.

"Duh... its not Saturday yet..."
