T-bone or NY strip/filet mignon?

Okay, so the wife and I are getting a quarter beef for the freezer and we have the option of getting t-bones or New York strips and filiet mignons... what would you choose?

I like the T-Bones, but I think you'll be paying for a lot of bone. Also, I'm not sure how big of eaters you have, maybe the filets are good for the wife, and strips you.

We pay hanging weight, so I think we buy the bone either way.

It's coming out to ~$5/lb for all natural grass feed beef....

Bone-in ribeye is the way to go. If you're a man. Your wife might appreciate 10-12 oz. filets though... strip is 3rd place of the three.
