I'm going to guess guilty of 2nd degree murder.

I wish there was a vbet on this.

I really haven't followed this case that much until it became a circus. Our legal system is funny.
 
I think the length of the deleberation helps the defense. But the fact that there is 2nd degree out there for them, makes it kind of tempting. Even though 2nd degree murder was never argued by the DA, I think it is just something they probably compromised on.

I expect him to walk too, but they really just started deliberating two days ago and then had yesterday off. With the new jurors they had to start deliberations all over again.

Pretty quick deliberation considering the number of times they've had to start over. My guess is that he's guilty, and they've been arguing over whether it's worthy of 1st or 2nd degree.

I'll go with 1st degree murder for $200 Alex. Oops, I guess this isn't a vbet.
