I don't know what you are trying to say, but the statute you cited says you need to have a validly issued licence, but doesn't state that you need to have it on your person or else you are guilty.

I understood where you were going with it. I read the article. With the way it was written, I can see where people would think it meant driving without a license presently on him. However, that's not the law. The link I gave lists out the law, which says nothing about presently having your license on you. "Operating a motor vehicle without a valid license" is the actual offense. His was suspended, therefore it is also not valid.

The Ohio State junior running back arrived and left the session in a knee scooter, making it appear as though he was dealing with an injury. However, it was just a prank and he's fine.
