QB Dwayne Haskins Jr. (All B1G, B1G OPOY, Silver Football, Rose Bowl MVP, R.I.P.)

Today really proved that Haskins isn’t the problem in Washington. This team is rotten to the core and stink, stank, stunk...

These veterans that supposedly complained about Haskins and how he was not prepping properly have nowhere to hide now. It’s obvious they are not prepared as a team.

Rivera never wanted Haskins and has lied from the get go about his position on him. I feel sorry for Chase and Terry being stuck in this clown show.

Jerome Bettis says Steelers are great fit for Dwayne Haskins

It’s been over one week since the Washington Football Team decided to bench second-year quarterback Dwayne Haskins in favor of Kyle Allen. A report last week from Jason LaCanfora of CBS Sports detailed that the team is expected to deal him before next month’s trade deadline.

NFL Hall of Fame running back Jerome Bettis believes one team would be a very good destination while speaking on The Jerome Bettis Show on WPXI. It’s a team that would make a lot of sense, and it's not a surprise Bettis picked this team.

"If I was in the Steeler brass I would give a long, hard look at a young quarterback that has the ability to be really special," the Steelers legend said this week, via NBC Sports Washington.

The Steelers are off to a hot start this season, but Ben Roethlisberger is 38-years-old and won’t be around forever.

Steelers, Lions, Saints, and Tampa bay if I were them I'd all consider it. Someplace where you have a settled QB situation so he doesn't have to be the savior and they are nearing the end of their road. Can sit and learn from an estiblished vet and they get a guy with 1st round talent likely for a 5th or a 6th

I think it's stupidity mixed with imaturity on Haskin's part. Hard work beats talent when talent don't work hard. But the fact the Kyle Allen is in the same ballpark as Dwayne when Dwayne doesn't supposedly work hard means his talent far and away above Allen's so you'd think they'd want to work on seeing if they fix his work eithic over you know playing the lower teir guy.

That’s not what is going in here though. Allen has years with Turner, and with a limited offseason, Allen was always seen as a safety valve if they got off to a bad start.

Again, everything I’m hearing out of DC, is players actually support Dwayne. They wanted to stick with him. They don’t view the offensive issues to be Dwayne’s fault.

TIFWIW. I think Rivera is digging himself a hole with his team he will struggle to get out of.

But honestly, Dwayne would be better off getting moved elsewhere. Just get him out of that environment.

He would Washington nuked that relationship and by all accounts his reaction to it didn't help. But to clarify I meant stupidity by Washington not Dwayne. Where Dwayne comes off as immature is he reaction to the situation and the (possibly falsified) rumors of him slacking in his work ethic.
