It could happen.
But in that particular case, you had quads to the boundary so there was no slot there.
But it WOULD probably bring that safety up a bit more and open up the post.

Guess all the sharp money that drove the spread up knew what they were talking about and my "sky is falling - this is a trap game" mentality was a little off.
