2024 FL (OH) DL Elias Rudolph (ttun decommit, Miami, FL Verbal)

Not @Honor&Glory , but I also live in the Nati. And this kid is legit! He'd have more pub if he attended a GCL school, or even a school that has a bigger football history. But he's raw athleticism, will need some refinement, but he's a beast! A first step, and ability to get around some of the best OTs. Will need to get to more camps this summer, to really get his name out. But he's a Buckeye, LJsr has made major in roads with the family. And he's a kid that LJsr can mold if the kid listens and takes to his coaching. I mean he got 16.5 sacks this year with little to no refinement

your analysis is always on point and better than anything I offer.
I will only add that the kid is coached in that ‘Colerain’ model of tough love. He has been coached hard. He has the frame to be a freak off the edge.

I love Rudolph in this class!

And on a side note, it’s crazy that I can still see the HC running wild on Fridays at Colerain. @Honor&Glory what was the big RB who was the thunder to his lightning style? They were a great tandem

Treyon Durham.

side note…The Colerain job is open and i am openly lobbying for Tyler to be offered the job. lol.
Kid is doing wonders at Taft. This week alone he’s had Ohio State, Tennessee, TTUN and Cincinnati in to see his kids.

I know this is late but I gut a chance to talk/coach him up at a Pitt camp and he was so polite, and mannerable. He definitely needs refining but like everyone else says, seeing him up front his athleticism is apparent.

LJSr would make this kid into a monster

My thoughts are he plays the Jack position and is primarily in the standing position, because Idk how much weight he can put on. What say you?
And can you imagine him in an actual S&C program :panic:

I think 240-245 would be a good spot for him initially, I definitely wouldn't to load him up too much with weight. Man, he could really terrorize the B1G with his type of athleticism

From a 247 article:

“There’s a great chance he’s (Elias Rudolph) coming back,” Taft head coach Tyler Williams told Bucknuts this afternoon. “He's working on getting enrolled (at Taft) and moving back.”

LJsr is set to visit Elias in FL this weekend as well. So we can see where OSU really sits with him. Because AE is favoring Rudolph to UC or Pitt…
