For those who watched the NW-Purdue game--

Why wasn't the hail mary play reviewed? It looked like the receiver had possession when his first foot came down, and it was fumbled a second later. Wouldn't that be sufficient to be a touchdown?

If so, it was close enough to review. If you got it, use it.

Even if you get one foot down in bounds when going out, you have to maintain posession when you hit the ground.. same thing there, since he lost the ball before the second foot (or body part) touched, it is ruled an incompletion.
