No. 23 Women's Volleyball Wins Buckeye Invitational with 3-0 victory over Northern Illinois

The 23rd ranked Ohio State (6-0) women's volleyball team defeated Northern Illinois (4-3), 3-0, (30-17, 30-23, 30-16) to win the Buckeye Invitational Sunday in St. John Arena. OSU's Ami Stevens scored a match-high 14.5 points for the Buckeyes with 12 kills, two ace serves and an assist block. Huskie Laura Baetzel scored a team-high 10 points on 10 kills for Northern Illinois. Ohio State won the Buckeye Invitational with a 3-0 record over Northern Illinois, Lehigh and Iona. The Huskies finished 2-1 with Iona 1-2 and Lehigh 0-3.
