William Johnson (DB ttun)

is that more because of the situation at ttun or because of tOSU in general?

Not sure honestly. Trieu and Webb both saying the Wolverines are fading and they’ll need to check and see if it’s something Michigan can overcome. Webb even mentioned he might change his CB (which he and Trieu both lowered to a confidence level of 2).

Would it? It sounds like Johnson didn't like Zordich that much.
Not sure where you're getting that info from, every article says they speak all the time. For example:
https://www.google.com/amp/s/wolver...osse-pointe-south-cb-will-johnson-update/amp/

“I’m probably the closest with coach Zordich — I talk to him every week,” Johnson said. “I’m definitely more and more comfortable with everybody and it’s easier to talk to everybody. We’re building a good relationship.

”Every week (coach Zordich and I) talk about what’s going on, Doesn’t have to stress, we just talk to each other.”

I think that there was a tweet where he broke news that Zordich was out or questionable for next year... and alluded to Hairball as well... and kinda shrugged it off as a “we’ll see what they do.” I could be confusing kids at this point, but there was at least on tsun db recruit who did this.

This one is trending heavily in the Buckeyes favor at the moment. We’ll see if that continues.

Heck to the yeah. Getting Johnson would be an absolute coup, especially to pair with Singletary. That is a pair of elite CBs akin to Okudah and Wade in '17. Call me Billy Mays, but wait, there's more. Domani Jackson could fall our way if that happens and Denver Harris seems to be favoring us. Johnson is at the top of my list for several reasons, but I get the feeling that the DB class in 2022 is going to be ridiculous.

I think USC is on too much of a roll and Jackson ends up there. But Harris i think we're in until the end, regardless of where we stand with Johnson

-Had a good visit to USC and hooked up with Domani Jackson while out there. Ohio State, Michigan and USC are standing out, although he hasn’t talked much with Michigan recently.

Ohio State seems to have survived the USC visit. Next hurdle may be who Michigan hires to coach DB’s
