Wow! What a response!

I'll address each point as a get a chance (plus this was from a few weeks back, so some of the comments might not apply any more with all the baseball played between the time they were made and now. I'll address a few quick points now.

points?
seriously?

my kids were like 4 years old and running laps if they said “points” referring to baseball games.

It may sound a bit odd, but I'm more of a football kind of guy. So I use that term more just out of habit even though I know the proper term is runs.

I guess it's one of those "tomayto-tomahto" kind of deals.

points?
La Tech is a solid ball club.
and the weather was craptacular that night.

so while i’m not happy about it, it’s not nearly as bad as losing to pretty much any other in state school.
Agree completely. I don't think that it was a bad loss really. It sucked because they were an in-state school, but it was a respectable loss at the time.

Great bounce back win against those piece of shite, jort-wearing meth heads from that shite hole in northern flarda.

Doughty looked comfortable at SS. He won’t get to all of the balls Thompson would, but if he can just make the routine plays it would really help.

Thompson looked good on his limited plays at 2nd today. Want to see how well he can turn 2. Doughty wasn’t very good at turning it from 2nd.

Looking forward to kicking Auburn’s ass this weekend.

I sincerely don’t think I hate anything on this planet more than I hate Auburn athletics.

I’d wish for an asteroid to wipe out the entire state of Alabama, but I’d want Tuscaloosa to survive (even though I hate those fricks too) just to piss off Auburn fans.

FUCK AUBURN!
