Many great coaches don't like answering everything at times. Remember a few years ago when Saban snapped at that reporter in a live interview to quit asking him about the qb situation?

Kirby is always setting up a PR funhouse of mirrors regarding injury/availability updates. He does so too with the qb situation.

It can be frustrating, but it's not something unique to Day.

In the grand scheme, Day is a tremendous young coach. I'm absolutely convinced that in the upcoming decade, "Kirby vs Day" is going to replace "Saban vs Urban" as the two elite coaches competing head-to-head for championships every year..

Yeah, I heard some talking head on TV say that the buyout for Penn State, if they want to get rid of Franklin, is $8 million for each year remaining on his contract.
