GamerTags: XBox, PSN, whatever

I bought my kids an XBox One. I've never played these games. My 14 year old daughter changed my XBox One gamertag to LovelyHen590111. She seems to think this is pretty damn funny and won't change it back. Three questions
1. What the hell is a gamertag?
2. Is it important?
3. How do I change it?

A gamertag is what is used to identify yourself with other gamers online.

It's not THAT important.

And, to change it, you'll need to find where to edit profile information, and go to gamertag. Only catch is, greedy bastards at Microsoft charge 10 bucks a pop to change it. So put her to work on some chores. :biggrin:

I like the gamertag. :lol:
