LESTER III TO VISIT FOR WISCONSIN GAME

Ohio State’s recruiting visitor list for this weekend continues to add high-profile prospects. If you want a full list of expected visitors for the Wisconsin game, you can find one here, and we’ll be updating it throughout the week.

In the meantime, one of the more highly-touted names on the list is five-star 2024 Florida cornerback Charles Lester III, who announced on social media he’ll be making the trip to Columbus.

DAY VISITS LESTER III

In Monday’s Hurry-Up, we touched on Ryan Day and Larry Johnson utilizing the off week to make key recruiting stops in Florida to both five-star 2023 defensive ends Keon Keeley and Damon Wilson. But Day also stopped at Riverview High School to see five-star 2024 cornerback Charles Lester III. Lester III visited OSU on Sept. 24 for the Wisconsin game and is emerging as one of OSU’s top priorities at cornerback in the 2024 class, especially considering Day made it a priority to get to his school during the off week.

I realize there are very low odds of landing Lester, but man do I want him in this class even though West and Scott are a great set of corners.

Oh Lester has a VERY slim chance of being a Buckeye. I just love the dig at Da U(though I'm sure it's because he's heading to Free Shoes).
If OSU finishes with: West, Scott, Lockhart and Brown, I'd be over the moon

Do wish that there would be an 'post-recruitment' interview with this young man. Each person is different, I get that, but would like to get into his head and see/find out the/his rationalization. Maybe a dose of pentathol to make certain he's telling the truth.....Mods, delete this if it colors outside the lines.....

Maybe a little extreme?

Roughly after a year of a thread being created it’s still on the first page. Yup… pretty extreme measure to take just to get to ‘he wasn’t that into tOSU.’
