DE Nick Bosa (Pro Bowl, All Pro, 2019 ROY, 2022 DPOY, San Francisco 49ers)

SKULL SESSION: MICHIGAN IS ABOUT TO GET DUMPED, DRUE CHRISMAN REFLECTS ON HIS SPRING GAME PROPOSAL, AND NICK BOSA WAS DOMINANT EVEN IN A LOSS

DID HIS PART.
The 'Niners didn't get the win on Sunday night, but it certainly wasn't because Nick Bosa had an off day. Because even as a rookie on the biggest stage in the sport, he was the best pass rusher on the field.

The good news for "little" Bosa is that he's going to have PLENTY more chances to get a ring, and I don't recall many pass rushers getting worse following their rookie season. So realistically, this season is probably the easiest he's ever going to be to block. That's fairly terrifying.

According to San Francisco head coach Kyle Shanahan, Bosa initially complained of soreness in his leg and was given a day off. But when the issue did not get better, and actually worsened, the defensive end was sent to get an MRI, which revealed a bigger issue. Had there not been a test, the plan was for Bosa to return to practice, which could have exacerbated the issue. Bosa is now week to week, per Shanahan.

Carted off field field against Jets. Didn't look good.

Tough day for Buckeyes and injuries...Parris Campbell knee look like it exploded earlier.

San Francisco 49ers defensive end Nick Bosa and Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Parris Campbell were both carted off the field with knee injuries early in their games on Sunday afternoon, while Denver Broncos defensive tackle Dre'Mont Jones also left with a knee injury and Colts safety Malik Hooker left with an Achilles injury.

Former Ohio State center Corey Linsley also left the Green Bay Packers' game against the Detroit Lions after suffering a hand injury.
