DE Joey Bosa (Def ROY, 3x Pro Bowl, Los Angeles Chargers)

Why Joey Bosa is unstoppable
Adam Rittenberg, ESPN Staff Writer

One Big Ten coach likens him to Ryan Kerrigan, the former Purdue All-American and first-round draft pick who made the Pro Bowl in his second year with the Washington Redskins. An opposing Big Ten player sees hints of J.J. Watt, the former Wisconsin star who has become the NFL's best defender with the Houston Texans.

The comparisons for Joey Bosa are lofty and justified. A junior defensive end atOhio State, Bosa is a unanimous All-America selection and the reigning Big Ten Defensive Player of the Year, and he looks every bit like the league's next transcendent defensive lineman.

"He's a dominant football player," Rutgers coach Kyle Flood said.

Bosa celebrates sacks with his signature shrug (¯\_(ツ)_/¯), but his teammates, coaches and opponents describe him with bolder emoticons. So do we at ESPN -- Bosa tops our #CFBrank list of the top 100 players in college football entering the 2015 season. He led the Big Ten in sacks (13.5) and tackles for loss (21) last season.

Cont'd ...

Joey Bosa handcuffed and detained last night. No arrest or charges. This close to the season, they need to stop being out in places where trouble can brew.

CPD standard procedure is to handcuff those around until they can determine involvement.

Lori Schmidt said his name wasn't in any police reports, so it couldn't have been anything too serious, right? Either way, really stupid to put yourself in a situation like that.

Pretty much. Looks like he was in a area where something happened but wasn't involved. So it's essentially dude it was the day camp let out and you are already in trouble and you find yourself around this? You didn't do anything wrong but you have to make better choices. Go do some more laps.

Were there any police reports of criminal behavior or arrests made. To me, it sounds like a house party got too large, and CPD did what CPD do and fucked with some college kids having fun. Just the wrong place at the wrong time.

I remember a particular party which took place at an apartment complex with two main buildings and a courtyard in between which the apartments (most of which had kegs) opened out on to.

Needless to say, the courtyard was shoulder to shoulder packed when the CPD mounted patrol decided to ride their horses through.

I always thought that was a creative move by them in the field of fucking with college kids having fun.
