2021 CA CB Jaylin Davies (Oregon Verbal)

Davies would typically not be a Plan B type, but I think they want to pursue Hancock and Grimes some more before accepting his commitment. I see some talent gap with Grimes but not much on Hancock, honestly I wouldn't think we hold off too long on taking Davies if we are truly holding off.

My buddy who went to ASU with me, and follows their recruiting, said Davis would be the second highest recruit in the Herm Edwards era. He thought we were actually “competing” for him...
Remarkable how many standard deviations our recruiting is from most other programs - even a reasonably solid program like ASU.

And when I read that a kid like Fields could make a half million under the new likeness rules - parity will never be glimpsed again.

So what’s the program’s z-score? Do you think it’s less than -3 or greater than 3? At least with division 1 you could actually know the population sigma rather than estimate with a sample.
