Just started playing again. Hadn't played since college.
Great workout and a BLAST to play.

I really enjoy doubles, it forces you to think on the fly and really plan your shots.

Don't like doubles b/c you spend the entire time running into each other.

Buck Nasty;719026; said:I used to work for a manufacturing company here in town that had a court and a small gym inside the building, and we played after work all the time. We usually had 3 or 4 guys and I agree I kind of liked the cutthroat a little better as it was less crowded. I was not as good strategically as the other guys, my goal was just to hit the ball so hard it broke.
I didn't even know there were places in town to play anymore. Where do you play?
is that the place near anchor hocking? my family used to be members there a number of years ago. i'm not sure how the owner knew my mother (no jokes, please), but he gave us free memberships. i was too young to appreciate anything else but the basketball courts. that place was barely patronized. i'm surprised it's still in business. they probably remain afloat due to their indoor tennis courts, right?Thump;719076; said:I know Sawmill Athletic club has it. Or whatever that club is called now.
