This game was good for one reason. I know myself I can stop blaming Zwick, Ross, and our OL. I truly believe this is a fundamental coaching issue. Our team was not prepared and quit. Our offense is too predictable and worstly our offensive kids are not getting better. Going into the season I thought we would be a little down on defense with new coaches and losing so many kids (don't understate what it is to lose that much in the trenches). The main difference is I foresee our defensive guys getting better but I don't think our offensive guys are going to. I mean look across the board the QB, RB, and many of the OL veterans were better earlier in the careers, why???

bluffton - couldn't agree more. I always hate attacks on individual players, especially when you don't know all of the circumstances that contirubte to a specific performance.

But when the guy making a million a year doesn't earn it - clearly and overwhelmingly doesn't earn it - I am ready to do some speculating.

Fans on these boards have been attacking our OL in particular since JTs first year. Yet these guys keep going to the NFL. Every starter who has graduated from a JT offense has been drafted into the NFL, but we continue to perform in the lower half of the Big Ten in offense.

Thanks for the crystal football Jim. Now what are you doing to earn this week's paycheck?
