Which future Buckeye will grab your vote this time?

Guess what? Tate Martell won another Land-Grant Holy Land MVP of the week award.

At what shouldn’t come to much of a surprise, the four-star quarterback once again picked up enough of your votes to walk away with the player of the week over a talented group of future Buckeyes.

Locking in 48% of your votes, Martell held off Ohio State commits Brendon White (17%), Shaun Wade (15%), Wyatt Davis (13%), and Marcus Williamson (8%) to be named MVP.

Which future Buckeye did enough to grab your vote this week? The poll is open. Let your voice be heard:

Here are your MVP nominees:

Tate Martell

The U.S. Army All-American led his Bishop Gorman (NV) squad to another runaway victory on Saturday night.

Dominating Arbor View (NV) from the kickoff, Martell and Gaels rolled to an easy 56-17 win. Completing 12 of 23 passing attempts, the soon-to-be Buckeye signal caller accounted for 268 yards and five touchdowns to send Bishop Gorman to the state title game.

Haskell Garrett

Garrett didn’t score five touchdowns on Saturday like Martell, but still made his presence felt against Arbor View.

Fighting off double teams and whatnot all evening, the defensive tackle ended the game with four total tackles.

Brendon White

White and Olentangy Liberty played a solid game, but came up short, falling to Cleveland St. Ignatius, 24-14.

In what ended up being his last game in a Patriot uniform, White was one of the bright spots for Onlentangy Liberty all evening. Lining up at a number of different positions on the field, the four-star standout finished with four receptions for 64 yards, rushed for 47 yards, and passed for 92 yards and two touchdowns in the loss.

Wyatt Davis

Davis and St. John Bosco (CA) earned their victory on Friday. In what was a back and fourth ball game against Centennial (CA), the Braves defeated the Huskies, 49-47 to earn a chance at another state title.

The five-star prospect and the rest of the St. John Bosco offensive line played a massive part in the win, blocking the Braves to over 560 yards through the air and on the ground.

Shaun Wade

Trinity Christian (FL) cruised to an easy 41-9 win over Berkeley Prep (FL) on Friday. Seeing time on offense and defense wade caught a 10 yard pass and snatched up two total tackles in the route of the Buccaneers.
