Umm… does Cincy really offer a better NIL opportunity than Ohio State? Or is this the rare young man who does not care about NIL, which would be impressive?

Cincinnati is still a basketball school at heart. But I think he was always gonna be a Bearcat regardless of NIL. Wes Miller is having a good start to his recruiting resume at UC. just has to start winning now.

Miller sold him on being a hometown hero (his commitment graphic even used the term). That probably entails some nice NIL from Cincy sponsors, yes, but I also think there is some appeal with Cincy's roster in that he will get to play a ton right away and immediately start showcasing himself for a pro career. It's a little cloudier with OSU projecting to have a T50 sophomore in Roddy Gayle plus potentially 5th-year Tanner Holden as SG/SFs.

Yeah, and getting Landers Nolley out of the transfer portal recently was impressive, I am not sure if they had some connection working there for them or just a good sales pitch.
