CES Combine results/info:
Tucker checked in at 6-foot-1, 212-pounds, He registered a 4.99 40-yard dash, 4.58 shuttle, 29.5” vertical, 7.87 3-cone drill, 84” vertical. Tucker improved throughout the day as his confidence grew.

Scouting Report: Its still way to early to project where Tucker where end up, it all depends on his growth over the next year. He has a nice frame, and long arms. He is a very instinctive young prospect. Tucker needs to develop more explosiveness, which will likely come with the maturation process.

Nice to see us that high early. I would think there would be some high interest from the staff considering they have been recruiting him since his soph. year.

Anyone have any idea on his size. Is that 206 from a year ago. Has he grown at all?

Wow, I just watched film on this kid, and now I know why the staff has recruited him for so long. He just absolutely destroys the quarterback on some plays, and he loves throwing his body weight around. With that speed, I find it hard to believe that he is a high school kid weighing 235 lbs. He has blazing speed off of the edge, and to put it simply, when he gets to the ball-carrier, its game over.

Too bad he lists Tennessee as high interest, hopefully he doesnt end up like the last LB from DC that we had a shot at...

Read the update I posted up above 77... That is probably an old interest list...

After watching this kids videos it is clear why we have been recruiting him.

On some of his plays he gets away with just pure size, but he shows great quickness off the line, much like Dublin, but he brings more pop when he hits. I would love for him to be a lb, but I looks like he will project to be a DE as that is where is film is.

I have yet to see any good Hines film, but right now my lb list would look like

Cooper/Tucker/Hines/Dailey/McNaul

I think we will probably try and take 2 so we will see where the coaches want to go with the lb recruiting.
