I just remembered a couple of years back on Bucknuts... you guaranteed me that Tressel would never let Carr beat him to earn a spot in the NC game.
It's on! :)
Edit: Interested in a small (case of beer or so) wager on the outcome?

I just went to check it out. Ohio State has done a good job of upgrading the non-conference schedule once more. A pair of home games against the Gophers will do wonders for Ohio State in the Pairwise rankings if the Bucks can get a sweep for the CCHA.
We've got the first round pairings set in the CCHA tournament. FSU will have the home ice in this best of three, but I still like OSU's chances in this one.
OSU used their weekend off to solve a few of their special teams problems that plagued them early in the season.
OSU knocked off MSU 3-2 on Tuesday and that will probably be what OSU needed to salvage their season. I don't see you losing again until at least mid-January.
After last weekend's split with CC, the Puckeyes are ranked No. 2 in the USA Today Coaches Poll and No. 3 in the USCHO.com/CSTV Media Poll.
CCHA is looking very strong this year.
1. Michigan (21)
2. Cornell (8 )
3. Ohio State (6)
4. Colorado College (1)
5. Maine
6. Boston College

I just wanted to say that my hat is off to OSU for upgrading their non-conference hockey schedule. You were a bubble team towards the end of last year despite your great record due to a weak schedule, this year you've made sure that won't be an issue.
I'd say you have a few weekends to circle...
The CCHA conference held their annual spring meetings down in Florida last week. There have been two changes made during the meetings. For starters, each school is going to be required to put camera's inside the goal. This should assist a referee on goals that need to be reviewed. Second...
No. 1 Michigan Vs. No. 8 Alaska-Fairbanks at 4:35 p.m.
No. 2 Ohio State Vs. No. 6 Michigan State at 8:00 p.m.
From what I've heard, OSU needs one more win to ensure they make the NCAA tournament. If you beat MSU you should be a lock for an at large bid. If you lose you still might make it...
It looks like you guys are tied with Maine in the Pairwise rankings right now but their SOS is listed at #9 while yours is #36 which is why they'd be in. You guys are really getting punished for being in one of the weaker CCHA clusters. I'd say you have to make the CCHA tournament finals or...
Once again is curtesy of MSUStudent on the U-M Rivals hockey board
With only a couple of weeks left in the regular season (ECAC actually starts their tournament in 2 weeks), teams across the country are doing their best to be on the right side of the PairWise bubble.
As usual, the teams...
I can't believe I'm defending you guys over this but two of my roomates and one of my roomate's dad argued with me for a solid half hour last night that Miami got screwed on that PI.
I argued that you guys won the game legit and that it shouldn't have even gone to OT but they still don't...
I don't know if many of you are hockey fans, but if you are then I suggest taking some time to support your hockey team. I know you that hockey isn't exactly the biggest thing on campus at OSU but your team is playing very good hockey right now.
The Buckeyes are ranked No. 14 right now in...
It's kind of ironic that the schedule put Michigan Vs. Minnesota as the same week as Ohio State Vs. Wisconsin. I know you guys don't play Minnesota and I know we don't play Wisconsin so it looks like we need eachother to win this week. That means as much as I love seeing you guys get upset you...
I just bought Jim Brandstatter's book Tales From Michigan Stadium and there was a few Woody stories in the book that I figured I'd share because most of you probably don't know them.
As I get to more Woody stories, which I'm sure I will, I'll be sure to post those as well.
Just wanted to point out that I won our $20 bet that I wouldn't post again here till after the Sugar Bowl. :) I won't take your money but I just wanted to point it out to ya. :D
