Both of his parents have indicated he will transfer to another school, I'm not an expert but I would think that would mean he will not hurt our APR rating.
NCAA regulations assign scholarship by the higher revenue sport as determined by all NCAA schools, not based on individual school revenue.
So it goes football, then basketball, then a few others (swimming/field hockey/etc), then the rest however you want.

Two questions:
1) I have heard a few people mention that Chow did not commit to MS that he would stay at USC for the next 4-5 years, where was this quoted ? I couldn't find it anywhere.
2) What happened to the kid from BYU who was going to transfer to USC ?
Mililani - He might want Texas to hear they are out of the picture from himself rather than third/forth person via some web site. It would be the classy thing to do.
Where did USCguru claim MS is going to Texas ? He did say Texas was informed of the decision, but they could have been informed they were no longer in the running.
