  1. 2008 SEC Discussion

Circular reasoning finally catches up, then says "The SEC has a winning record against itself" Or perhaps some overtime ballots from West Palm Beach need a recount
  2. Rich Rodriguez (official thread of last laughs)

I think the cycle is going to remain stationary for a few more years, just like Mike Hart's 0-4 cycle.
  3. Who's your favorite Buckeye...2008?

    Justin Boren
  4. 2007 TSUN News

Why would they talk about Justin Boren? It would just be a story about some walk-on. :wink2:
  5. Charlie Weis (ex-Kansas HC, ex-Fla OC, Notre Dame legend, UnDecided Schematic Advantage)

Eating handfuls of his players isn't going to make him more approachable.

  13. Tressel going for it on 4th and 1

I was talking to a friend on the phone during that weries and mentioned that 4th and 1 against Michigan in '01, we pulled our LG and ran Jonathan Wells behind him. Then came the sick feeling that Urban Meyer probably saw that play as well. Right call, wrong play. They knew exactly what was...
  14. QB Troy Smith (2006 Heisman Trophy Winner)

Yes it is. Troy's description was spot on. The following for In-N-Out here in California (or Arizona) is almost on par with the following for Skyline or Graeters in Cincinnati. I believe Governor Arnold involved In-N-Out burgers in a bet with Texas' governor over the Rose Bowl last year.
  15. Best TD/Catch ratio?

Mike Vrabel is 6/6 in his NFL career- doesn't quite apply here, but still interesting to note.

So rumor has it that a major sports network/magazine based in the Northeast is auditioning writers?

Supposedly, most people who work for espn in their Bristol CT office share your sentiment- or at least think he's an assclown
  18. Whats the Dumbest thing you've done....

02/03 NC game- living in Connecticut at the time, I braved a snowstorm to go to a friend's house to watch the game. Drove donuts in the snow all the way home, got the car stuck in a snowbank 100 yards from the driveway, so I walked home. Woke up to a ticket for impeding a snowplow and nearly...
  19. WR David Boston (First Team All-American, NFL All Pro)

Right on- As disappointing and tragic as Boston's story has become, anyone out to crucify Boston should remind themselves of the last two lines of Carmen Ohio.
