Yeah. I think this is a very nervous fanbase, so a lot of people are looking for “reasons” for this and that. The team is just playing very well. That said, nothing says they can’t return to the mistake ridden sloppy level of play we saw during the season that frustrated us so often. And...

Is the “home game” schtick being overplayed here? Feel like it is. Lots of Texas fans maybe but these bowl games don’t ever exude a true home field advantage even if geographically it seems it should.

Not worried about fan show out. Pasadena is our home away from home. Also feel like the defense has found more of itself since we played them last.

Totally agree however I see two programs trending in total opposite directions. I do understand things can change very quickly.

The two that are most relevant are the two Oregon wins. They’re buildinga better program. I will say Lanning likely gets poached by the NFL at some point.
