I thought Bell showed promise in his limited minutes. He was very active and looked quick/athletic underneath. He deserved more minutes than he was getting.

He would have to sit out. My understanding is suspensions do not count which is why he probably signed an LOI at a JUCO. He has 4 years to play 5 and he already took a redshirt year. It jus seems odd to take a redshirt year, suspension year, then transfer and sit out a year. The JUCO route...

my favorite stat is that the team averages 2 yards more per play when he is on the field regardless of weather or not they give him the ball. To give you team a 2 yard advantage is enormous. definitely Heismanworthy.
