A transfer tOSU should look into is Eron Harris from WVU. Just announced he's leaving. Top-end scorer from the wing, would have 2 years left starting in 2015. From Indy, wants to be closer to home because of his little brother. I'm sure IU is involved, as they just kicked 3 kids out the door...
It's the same argument/worry people have about football. If you are trying to win championships, you have to have elite level talent. To get that talent, you have to chase the big fish first and foremost. And it's not like they're ignoring in-state kids. Kennard, Bragg, King all have offers...
I would. Maybe not THE favorite, but right at the top. UK, tOSU, and Arizona probably at the top. Zona and UK are pushing hard. It will be a battle for him.
Not sure, just know that the family are big UD supporters and he's been going to games his whole life. Dayton has been recruiting him the longest as well and has built a good relationship. I don't feel he's close to committing at this point however.
I don't see him committing anywhere until...
Kyle's a helluva player. Grew up a Dayton fan and they probably have a slight lead at this point.
His grandma played basketball for OSU. I think an OSU offer would likely move them towards the top (or to the top), but he isn't a commit on the spot kid.
Grandstaff is a shooter only really...
Obtained his transcripts and let him know what we are looking for and what we would like him to do (come visit, look & see how grades are, etc.). No "official" offer to speak of just yet, even though they were expecting one (and one still could come very soon).
For you to think that you guys would beat tOSU for the B1G title in Miller's Sr. season with a seasoned group of playmakers on both sides of the ball then you are drinking something a lot stronger than Kool-Aid...
