Same here. I originally watched this show in its first few seasons, then I seem to miss a few seasons and then catch back up every couple years. I'm in the process of going back through and watching them all - so many good moments in this show.
I've been somewhat following it. There are currently 3 different companies working on putting this technology into space over the next 2 years, however Elon's is furthest along at this point. Basically, think of it as Mesh Technology on a global scale with satellites. One concern I would have is...
Don't look now but here come the Indians. Home series against the Twins immediately after the ASG so let's see how that goes - might be neck and neck coming out of that series (or back to being back nearly double digits).
You clearly haven't been paying attention this season and last. D&D have made it abundantly clear that they give 0 fucks about pacing and any sense of timing. They have been "over" GoT since Season 6 and now just want to do other things so they are just slapping these high budget turds of CGI...
There is a huge need for Project Managers, especially in anything IT related. I know where I work (Healthcare IT) we are always in need of Project Managers.
I just go back to the craziness that was the Battle of the Bastards where mounted cavalry were charging through lines of men and the near first person view from Jon's perspective when dudes were just going by him on horse left n right with gruesome violence. I mean that was freaking amazing and...
In GoT though this isn't true because the executive producers are the ones who said years ago they would do no more than 7-8 seasons and even they felt that was too long which is why the last two seasons had to speed things up SIGNIFICANTLY.
Obviously I really enjoyed the episode but pretty much everything you pointed out is something I couldn't help but roll my eyes over while watching the episode. It's clear that Hollywood has a ton of excellent directors, producers, and artistic folk but have a MAJOR lack of quality writers...
Saw it last night at 7pm - Theater had at least a dozen or so theaters playing it on half hour intervals as well and it was just packed with lines out the door. I think Infinity Wars was better because of the plot but Endgame did such a good job of wrapping things up - truly impressive.
Not sure what level of effort you want to put into this but if you get good local OTA reception you can always setup an HD HomeRun tuner and connect it to your network. Setup a PC/laptop/server/nvidia shield/nuc/etc to run Plex and you can then use Plex to not only watch the live feeds coming...
Kirk makes sure to preface every OSU statement out of his mouth with "I was the captain and starting QB" and "My wife was a cheerleader at OSU" and "I'm from the state of Ohio, having played at Centerville" to the point where it's beyond nauseating. Someone slap a sex scandal on Ol' Frosted...
I'm sure we will be hearing the media's annual "Well, [insert SEC team here] got beat because they didn't want to be there. They should have been in the CFB and they had nothing to play for in the [insert new years six bowl here] but are still the better team and one of the top 4 teams in the...
