Jones had 575 yards and 1 touchdown last year and then came into camp out of shape and failed the conditioning test and has looked like shit in the preseason. Unless you have Murray it is a wasted pick.
I would pick up one of the redskins RBs Or another sleeper that is available.
You will never start Mendenhall over Harvin. You will probably be able to get someone off waivers by the time Mendenhall comes back that will be a better option also.

It is all about personal preference. I like to get QB's later in the draft because I value top end RBs and elite WR's more than I do QBs. But there is certainly nothing wrong with taking Rodgers in the 5-8 range.
