That’s what I’m waiting for… waiting for a start that has the defense get a 3 and out then the offense gets 7 quick. The starts have been awful all year and yeah we can do that vs most teams. However we need a big start vs Indiana and TCUN.

I’d hope so lol… but I’d just love to see the game called the same no matter the game. You could tell the coaches were like “let’s work on the deep ball”. That’s great and all but it would’ve been ideal to see them work on it within their game plan.

It was a good win IMO but yeah we are still waiting for a great overall game. Defense needs to start faster and the offense just needs to show some urgency.

If we are going to bring heat like we did today then we’ll be ok. My primary concern for next week is our corners getting abused for long completions or penalties. If the corners play well next week we’ll be more than fine. If they struggle then the offense needs to be better than they were today.

I’d argue throwing deep on 3rd and 4th and short is trying to score lol… My point is just get the first down. It felt like the offense just forced things a ton today. First downs lead to touchdowns.
