    I don't know if each location is different as I haven't been pulled over in every location. But Columbus, Upper Arlington, and Clinton Township allow up to 15mph over in the first tier of speeding fines. But I get your point.

    I just want to know why his license was suspended. The accident itself is not a big deal at all since no one was injured.
