Thats what happens when you allow your previous coach to dictate who the next coach will be by quitting mid-season. And now Wisconsin has to “Deal with it”.
Last year was quite the anomaly on the trade front. I doubt we have that many again. If you want to set a trades limit or moves limit, I would suggest doing it per week and not a cap for the season. Maybe something like 8 add/drops and 3 trades per week?
I liked having the expanded rosters...
Leave it up to the Indians to fuck this Reds fan up the ass. And I just realized I traded you the pitcher that got you your final inning you needed. :smash:
Nice win. 0-2 in my two league finals this year. God I love being the first loser...
Dude. 6.06 ERA. (Drops the mic). You have to work really hard to have a 6.06 ERA for the week. It doesn't get any more idiotic than my pitching moves this week. All my starting pitching was set up for last week, so I knew I would have to stream some this week, but literally every pitching move...
And Matt Carpenter is shut down for the year. I see your Giancarlo Stanton with my Scott Schebler! My best chance to beat you was with pitching and my free agent roulette choices (and some of my regulars) have let me down. Who knows maybe Kershaw's 2-3 innings in Colorado will make the...
I don't know what everyone else in the league thinks about this, but could we move the playoffs up a week next year so the finals are the next to last week of the season like fantasy football? The fantasy baseball season is a grind anyways so I know I could care less if the regular season is...
You too! I just hope that one of us wins and that it doesn't end in a 6-6 tie like @Jake and I last year. And I just "lost" the finals of my other baseball league yesterday in a 6-6 tie after losing K's 90-89 simply because Bundy decided his hammy couldn't let him pitch yesterday. Fortunately...
I do still have options as I can change from who I have selected, however, the values aren't yet set. If the values aren't set then what? I believe I want to keep Davante Adams because he would be good value for a 7th round pick, however, if the values aren't set, do your choices automatically...
ummmm... @Smudger ? If this draft is happening tomorrow night, keeper values for all players need updated and then the league owners need to have time to select their keepers before the draft. Or else this league might go the way of the scUM victory in the Big Game, as in extinct...
Wow. I didn't realize how truly putrid CarGo's year has been, especially considering he plays half his games at Coors Field. After looking at my team, I wouldn't even trade you my worst position player (Brad Miller)for him right now because he at least has multi position eligibility and he has...
So does Why So Serious only trade with his work buddy @Jake? In my admittedly extreme bias opinion, I offered a much better deal for Wood a couple weeks ago, however, Serious ignored it for about four days and I canceled it. I am usually about allowing almost all trades to go through, but imo...
I'll take it! (minus the kicks to the nuts) If I recall correctly Tim Pyznarski was a "Future Star" according to Topps either for the Padres or Giants (forgive my 30 year memory lapse, though I own waaaay too many late 80's baseball cards that are worth the equivalent of kindling). I am...
Homer Bailey's stat line from today:
1.2 IP
2 K
43.20 ERA
5.40 WHIP
For the right price, I may be able to part with him. I will listen to any and all offers. By my calculations, ole Homer's K/9 is over 9 so there can be some real value to be had here!
I have officially stooped to a new low in fantasy baseball. I have voluntarily and on my own free will picked up Homer Bailey. The Reds $100 million dollar man, who has made 8 starts in 2.5 years since signing that contract is mine! After he wheels and deals to a victory over Washington on...
