I believe if you picked someone up on waivers, that player doesn’t end up on your roster until the following day. I think its been that way for as long as the league has been around. 150 games per position player sounds reasonable and allows for some use of bench guys for off days. At first glance, 1500 innings seemed a little light, but when considering starting pitchers don’t go as deep in games anymore, I think you landed on a good number.
