I see where you're coming from with that, but I did later in the post lay out just how you can achieve that.
When you have injuries on the OL, and don't have elite backups, you can source blocking from other positions. Below is a better idea on how we are able to accomplish that, from my view...
If we can win a natty with a third string QB, we can beat Indiana with a backup center.
Wish we had a natural backup at center to keep Hinzman at guard and have less moving parts. Kacmarek coming back as an additional blocker would be huge, and thankfully our RBs have done an excellent job...
And on the other side of the ball, the one word is 'discipline'....if our front 7 doesn't over pursue (especially JTT...), we should be good. I am a bit worried that early in the game, crazy crowd, our DL goes for the big play and Rourke is able to run it consistently and we let IU get...

The rematch the world wanted....Walsh Jesuit vs Hoban, going to be an elite atmosphere next week
Highland dispatching Whitehouse wayne 38-14 was surprisingly dominate, impressed me a ton.
Anderson vs. La Salle shaping up for a nasty R8 title game....they combined to win 79-0.
The best...
I'm sorry, I was stuck watching a 20-16 barn burner of a basketball game this morning  I did put in a PTO request for a half day for this though boss.....
Updates!

Got the Mentor vs. St. Ed's matchup for next week, but Mentor is really cooking right now....95-7 so far this playoffs...
A couple other games that pop out to me....
D4
2. Perry (11-1) vs. 3. Streetsboro (12-0)
Two powerhouses going at it, game of the night potential
D5
1. Ironton (11-1) vs. 4. Harvest Prep (9-2)
I think Harvest Prep can make a game out of it and surprise some folks
Hopefully this transfers from the teams site okay - looks like Bouzakis at 133 over Davino to start. Hopefully Hepner is okay and it was precautionary?

No. 11 Brendan McCrone (OSU) def. Ty Tice (UTC) | TF, 16-0

Couple of games that popped out to me so far with the first two divisions:
D1
(2) Lakota West vs. (6) St. Xavier
Lakota West won the season opener between the two, 17-13, has the better record, etc. but St. X is playing their best ball of the year...give me the Bombers in an upset.
D2
(2)...
Sorry for the delay, kids 8th birthday reigned supreme this weekend....as well as my alma mater losing in their state title game, the 45 year drought continues...without further ado:
D1
St. Ed's with the 7/2 'upset' over Whitmer. I think R1 is shaping up for a Mentor/Ed's battle.
#1 seed down...
I've never heard of 'BEG Wrestling', but they are claiming Blaze to PSU. I'm not buying it, so hopefully one of you that hears more can say it ain't so also.
A small part of me feels bad for Purdue fans, they are probably the most apathetic fan base I've come across the last couple of years. I'm not sure they realized how good they had it with Jeff Brohm, who is a top 10 coach. Getting 9 and 8 wins in back to back years there is certainly a huge feat.
Didn't realize he hit the portal, again, earlier this month

Rourke completing 73.3% of his passes and having an average of 10.5 YPA is insane. They have a couple of big play receivers that average 17.5 and 22.6 YPC. I'm sure they've seen the Oregon film and plan on attacking Burke - hopefully we've learned some lessons and decide to attack their OL...
When Styles doesn't think and just reacts, he's a game changer. I'm not sure what it is, he shows flashes of doing it consistently (MSU game) and then turns around the next game and hesitates. I have to remind myself though that he's, A) 19 years old still, and B) changing positions. I have...
