My comment only applied to 2024. I've seen people asking why we are recruiting Ohio OL so much and that was what i was referencing. No filling from Ohio every year won't work but considering the talent in Ohio for 2024 especially on the OL, makes no sense to chase National kids when the Ohio...
If you look at 2024 OL ranking across the sites, there is basically zero 5* OL in general. You have to go down to 46 to find the first OL on 247. Why chase high 4* OOS kids when you can recruit home state 4* kids. I say load up on Ohio kids and lock the line down and fill in from other states...
Heard that he tried to decommit from TT the other day and flip but they basically wouldn't let him off the phone until he promised not to decommit and give them more time. Clearly didn't last.
From Iowa and teammate was Xavier Nwankpa...always seemed like a forgone conclusion. From what I gathered he never really got a good connection with Stud and although Frye tried when he came in, seems a little too late. Most said it was an Iowa/tOSU battle but in the end I bet he stays home.
