Visiting fan seating locations in the 'Shoe

Newbie
Can someone please tell me where the visiting fans sit in Ohio Stadium? My wife and I are making the trip from Birmingham to watch Troy play your Buckeyes. We're also visiting with a good friend who is currently a student at OSU. I'm hoping for a good time and a great gameday atmosphere. Thanks for the information guys and good luck during the upcoming season (except for against Troy )

See the top right corner of the field (far end, right side) in this pic? Just off of that corner, in the low section (AA) is where they put visiting fans.

Hope you enjoy your trip, but not too much :)

Opposing fans sit in the closed endzone in the first few rows of stands to the right of the goal posts if you're standing on the 50 facing them. If you're facing the open end zone, they sit on the right in the upper deck of South Stands.

You're right, I was confusing them with the parent/etc. They do stick a lot of fans in the SW corner of the stadium, the left side of the island when looking at the stadium.

why were Iowa fans doing the chomp in 2005?

Don't sit in the Troy section. Buy tickets elsewhere and sit where you can see the whole game. That section in the south stands is a garbage view most of the time.

As long as you're not obnoxious the fans are very friendly, unless Troy would start winning, then all bets are off.
