Rivals $ - Summer visits on hold for Ferns

Talks about spending time with Coach Franklin at the Blue-White game...wants to major in petroleum engineering...his dad says OSU, PSU and Oklahoma are pursuing the hardest...hoping to get back from vacation in time to make FNL.

Just got a chance to watch Brendan's film: Very athletic, downhill player that is extremely comfortable in coverage and has good range. Really digresses plays well and flies through gaps. I also like his patience, he never seems over-run plays and plays his responsibilities well. He is definitely lights in the boots though and will need some substantial bulking up...he never really squares up to the ball carrier (might partially be a product of size) and he has difficulty taking on blockers and positioning himself accordingly. No worries though, he has plenty of time to get big before he hits the field. Overall, very impressive for a sophomore and we could be looking at yet another top 100 player nationally that is an Ohio LB (we are churning out a ton of them it seems).
