Cooper is an absolute STUD. Might end up being a top 5 guy in Ohio for '16, which is saying a lot considering how stacked Ohio is in '16. I would likely have him in my top 5 just with his ceiling, it is off the charts. I see him ending up at Viper (or whatever we are calling it now).

Love Coopers versatility. If he plays DE in college, it'd be great to line him opposite Nick Bosa. If he were to play LB, lining him across from Brendan Ferns would be awesome. A great situation to be in with a very talented in state kid.
