Ohio State has moved into a tie for the top spot alongside Michigan for Top100 2015 running back Damien Harris. The Berea (Ky.) Madison Southern standout returned to the Buckeyes campus over the weekend after previously visiting for the game against the Wolverines in the fall. According to his coach Jon Clark, Harris clocked a 4.36 40-yard dash at 5-foot-11, 205-pounds. Harris was named the top underclassmen performer by 247Sports at the U.S. Army National Combine in San Antonio, Texas back in January.
